Import Data Interface

Import competition data in bulk using Excel templates for efficient setup of marking schemes, participants, and member organizations.

Available Import Types​

CIS provides pre-formatted Excel templates for each import type. The import system supports three main data categories:

  • Marking Scheme – Import assessment structures and criteria
  • People – Import competitors, experts, and other participants
  • Members – Import member countries/organizations

Import Process​

  1. Download the appropriate template from the links above.
  2. Fill in your data following the template structure.
  3. Select import type from the dropdown menu.
  4. Upload your completed file using the import interface.
Template Preparation

Always use the provided templates to ensure proper data formatting. Modify the templates with your competition data before importing to avoid validation errors.

Data Validation

Ensure all required fields are completed in the Excel templates. Missing or incorrectly formatted data will cause import failures.
