Members Interface

Manage member countries participating in the competition.

Language Selection​

Select a language for text entry: Choose the interface language for member data entry (default: English).

Member Information​

Each member entry contains:

  • Code: Two-letter country code following ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 standard (e.g., AT, UK)
  • Name: Full country name
  • Status: Membership classification level

Member Status Types​

This settiong allows you to manage status of all member countries and organizations involved in the competition. There are mainly aimed for official competitions where countries members are represented. Members can be assigned one of five status levels:

  • Full - Full member with complete competition rights
  • Associate - Associate member with limited competition participation
  • Former Member - Previous member no longer actively participating
  • Inactive Full - Full member temporarily not participating
  • Inactive Associate - Associate member temporarily not participating

Managing Members​

Adding Members​

  1. Click "+ Add Member"
  2. Enter the two-letter country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)
  3. Provide the full country/organization name
  4. Select appropriate membership status

Editing Members​

  • Click the "Edit" button (yellow pencil icon) to modify member details
  • Update code, name, or status as needed

Removing Members​

  • Click the "Remove" button (red X icon) to delete a member
  • Confirm deletion when prompted
Country Codes

Always use official ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes (e.g., AT for Austria, UK for United Kingdom). This ensures consistency across the competition system.

Member Dependencies

Members with assigned people (competitors, experts) cannot be edited/deleted anymore. Remove all participant assignments first.
